What exactly is COLASTICK?
COLASTICK is a consumer electronics business. We design and sell hardware — 4K media players that run standard Android 14 with the full Google Play Store, in the same category as any other Android TV box or streaming stick.
The live channel content is supplied by a third-party service that we do not own or operate. What that service carries can change over time, which is why we publish the channel directory openly and ask you to check it before ordering rather than after.
How you use the device, and which apps and services you choose to run on it, is your responsibility and is subject to the laws that apply where you live and to each service's own terms.
Before you buy
Do I need a subscription?
No. Both devices are a one-time purchase with no monthly fee. You are not signing up for anything and we do not keep your card on file.
How do I know my channels are included?
Search the channel directory before you order. If what you watch is not there, do not buy — we would rather lose the sale than process a return.
Which should I get — the stick or the box?
The ColaBox L2 Plus is for your main TV: 4 GB RAM, 64 GB storage, Gigabit Ethernet, and optical audio out for a soundbar or receiver. The ColaStick V1 Plus is pocket-sized, for a second TV, a bedroom, a projector or travel. The bundle covers both and saves $30.
Will it work with my TV?
Yes, if it has an HDMI port. Your TV does not need to be smart — any TV made in roughly the last fifteen years works. The stick also runs on projectors, monitors and hotel TVs.
What internet speed do I need?
At least 25 Mbps download for 4K. If several people stream at once, 50 Mbps or more is better.
Setup
How long does setup take?
About a minute. Plug into HDMI, connect power, choose the input, connect Wi-Fi, pair the remote. Full instructions are in the setup guides.
My remote is not responding — is it broken?
Almost certainly not. Some TV back panels contain metal shielding that blocks the Bluetooth signal. Use the included HDMI extension cable so the device sits clear of the panel. This is the most common thing people contact us about, and the cable fixes it.
Can I install my own apps?
Yes. Both devices run standard Android 14 with the full Google Play Store. Install Netflix, YouTube, sports apps, anything on the platform.
Shipping
Where do you ship from and how fast?
We hold stock in two US warehouses — Alpharetta, Georgia and Ontario, California — and ship from whichever is closer. Orders leave the same or next business day and typically arrive in 3–5 business days anywhere in the continental US. Shipping is free.
Do you ship outside the US?
Please email support@colasticks.com before ordering and we will confirm what we can do for your location.
Returns and warranty
How long do I have to return it?
60 days from delivery, and we pay the return shipping. No restocking fee. See our refund policy for the full terms, including the condition the device needs to be in.
What does the warranty cover?
One year on hardware defects and failures under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or unauthorised modification.
How do I start a return or warranty claim?
Email support@colasticks.com with your order number. We send you a prepaid return label with your RMA. We handle it directly — there is no marketplace or third party in between.
