Do I need a monthly subscription for either device?
No. Both devices are covered by the single one-time purchase. There is no monthly fee on either, and no second charge for the second device.
Can both devices be watching at the same time?
Yes. They are independent devices, so two rooms can watch different things simultaneously. What limits you in practice is your home internet, not the hardware — two 4K streams at once want a reasonably healthy connection. This is part of why the L2 Plus has a Gigabit Ethernet port: putting the main TV on a cable leaves more Wi-Fi headroom for the second room.
Why not just buy two of the same device?
You can, but it is usually the wrong trade. The main TV benefits from Ethernet, 4 GB of RAM and optical audio into a sound system. A bedroom or guest room TV needs none of that and does benefit from something that hides behind the panel. Pairing the two is cheaper and better matched than doubling up on either.
How much does the bundle actually save?

Do both devices ship together?
Yes, in one carton from whichever of our two US warehouses is closer to you. Orders leave the same or next business day and usually arrive within 3-5 business days anywhere in the continental US. Shipping is free. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO boxes.
Can I return just one of the two devices?
The bundle is returned as a bundle, since the $30 discount applies to the pair. You have 60 days from delivery, with no restocking fee. If one device arrives faulty, that is a warranty matter rather than a return — email support@colasticks.com and we will replace it.
Can I install my own apps on both?
Yes. Both run standard Android 14 with the full Google Play Store, so anything on the platform will install on either device.
